How We Treat
Manual Therapy
- Hands-on technique used to assess and treat musculoskeletal injuries including soft tissue release, joint mobilization/manipulations, myofascial release or neural mobilization.
Therapeutic Exercise Prescription
- Individualized exercise prescriptions for every patient ensure you get back to your baseline, increasing your core strength, targeting weak muscles, and increasing flexibility to prevent injuries.
Athletic Taping
- Taping is used to stabilize joints and provide pain relief to get you back to your sports sooner. Therapists may include this at various points in your rehab.
Electrotherapy
- Muscle stimulation helps to decrease pain, recruit weak muscle fibers to help regain strength, and to promote circulation following an injury modalities include TENS, NMES, ultrasound or Laser.
Telehealth
- Includes a full assessment of your injury followed by education, advice on proper self management and a unique exercise program tailored to your home environment.
Acupuncture
- Acupuncture can ease chronic pain such as low-back pain, neck pain, and osteoarthritis/knee pain. It can also reduce the frequency and prevent migraine headaches.
Massages
- Massages are designed to relieve your body of stress and enhance the release of endorphins into the body to heal not just your body but your mind as well. It is also proven that massages done regularly will prevent muscle sprains and spasms and can serve as an antidepressant.
Vestibular Rehab
